  Great Service and on time.
  Cory the operator was very professional and provide great advice.. Had 19 year old carpets not professionally cleaned for 12 years. Came up great, fluffy, touch dry and no musty smells. I guess that's what they mean by the "Electrodry Experience"

  Matt cleaned our carpets yesterday and did an excellent job. He got out stains that had been there for a long time. I would give him 5 stars but my issue with the company is not the carpet cleaners themselves, but the call centre. Had a bad experience with them as they had terrible communication skills. They changed our time without permission and gave an incorrect quote. I would use this company again for the carpet cleaners as they did an excellent job but the call centre did my head in.

  Can I post 0 stars? No actual problem with the the guys working out in the field. My carpet was done easily and well cleaned. Our floor boards were another matter. If you call centre can't quote properly, you should dump the call centre. My quote was for $280. They got there and said it would be well over $800......what a joke

  Absolutely abhorrent!
  
  I was told to be at my residence that I am vacating at 8am. At 9am I call electrodry and am ensured someone will get back to me. At 0930 I call back and am told the staff member who is meant to be cleaning my carpets today has just called in sick and that there is no way another staff member can come today. Also told over the phone that electrodry will be terminating the contract of the staff member coming to my house. That doesn’t help me and just makes me think this company is even more unprofessional!
  
  Not ever will I be using electrodry again!

  On the same day that the call centre couldn’t arrange ANYTHING! I fought and finally got put through to a local area manager who quickly shifted jobs around and had a cleaner at the property within 5 hours. The cleaner that attended the property was bang on time and did a fantastic job.
  
  I just wish Electrodry would sort out their absolutely terrible call centre!!!!

  I recently called Electrodry to clean my 6 seater lounge as over the past 3 years the dirt and dust had built up.
  They were very clear in communicating exactly what they were doing on the job and were very informative about the different types of marks on my couch and how to prevent them in the future.
  I would recommend Electrodry.

  I recently had reason to hire Electrodry. I was thoroughly impressed with their work. I needed my 8 piece wool covered longe suite cleaned, and clean it they did. I was brilliant and looked brand new again.
